    We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Roofing Concepts Unlimited / Florida, Inc., in an effort to obtain the privilege of being a valuable service to you for any roofing, sheet metal, waterproofing or related work you may be requiring. Our sales/estimating staff would appreciate an opportunity to assist you with roof condition analysis, roof design, proper application procedures and budgeting.

    On existing structures, our field inspection, roof survey and estimate are all performed at no cost and without any obligation. Our combined knowledge in this field enable us to offer you our expertise and to make recommendations on performing repairs (major and minor) if your existing roof assembly is in a salvageable condition. We pride ourselves in being able to provide our clients with cost effective alternates to complete roof replacement. We are typically able to bid on any such work at a moments notice.

    Roofing Concepts Unlimited / Florida, Inc. is a family owned and operated business established in 1961 in Chicago, IL and South Florida in 1985. We have complete installation capability and roofing repair service available to work on all structures, including high rise developments. Our new 13,500 square foot facility, situated on 2-acres, houses a full warehouse of trucks and state of the art equipment, along with a staff of highly qualified roofing mechanics, sheet metal crews, supervisors and project managers.

    We are certified by major manufacturers to install and offer bonded warranties on their roof system assemblies. We are geared to service primarily commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.

    Our specialty division includes a full service sheet metal shop that has the capability to fabricate ornamental copper and other related trim flashings needed to install Entegra, Monier, Hanson, Alahambra, Altusa, and other tile roof systems. Our sheet metal division also installs standing seam metal roof systems and is authorized by most all manufacturers. We roll form our own seamless gutters in sizes from five inches (5") to seven inches (7") of Copper, Aluminum, and KYNAR-coated Galvanized.

    Over the years we have grown and worked diligently to become a top name in the South Florida Commercial Roofing Industry. We have completed millions of square feet of high performance roof assemblies where we have always placed great emphasis on quality of installation as well as meeting construction completion schedules.

    All of our materials carry a U.L. Listing and labor is always guaranteed. We are State and County Licensed and fully covered with Public Liability and Workmans Compensation Insurance. If required, Payment and Performance Bonds can be provided.
